DEATH OF PIONEER RESIDENT OF TOBY VALLEY
Mrs. Viola Starr, wife of J. C. Starr, of North East Pa., formerly Viola Hays of Toby died at her home Sunday
morning January 22nd, Aged 73 years.
She was well known in this vicinity.
She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Hays, She leaves to mourn their loss her husband and three sisters, Mrs. Marion Rickard, of Toby, Carrie Hays of Kane, and Mrs.
Harry Crayle, of Brookville.
She taught school for a number of years in Toby Valley before her marriage and was loved by all who knew
her.
