Was in battles in Murfreesboro, Spottsylvania Court House, seven-day battle of the Wilderness, Fredericksburg, Culpepper, Cold Harbor, Appoimattox Court House. Honorable discharge on 9 Nov 1865 and returned to farm in Acme, PA.
